Can someone give me some reasons why tobacco is not illegal?

I see no good in it.
I would allow the present smokers to smoke their brains out, but it should be illegal for anyone under 21 to smoke or ever pick up a cigarette. |

If the government could figure out a way to regulate pot and earn revenue from it, we would be able to buy joints as easily as we buy cigarettes. |
