Why do they constantly play promos between commercial breaks of alleged fans praising Danni? They started doing this after this thread flipped to anti-Danni stuff.

IMHO: she announced it because she wants attention/reassurance/support for "her side of the story"..just like Kane hoped to gain support for "his side" by announcing his separation/divorce/whatever on air.

Ok I'm just going to come out and say this, in light of Kane's announcement and Danni's recent post. I listen to morning radio to be entertained, to escape from my (honestly stressful and sometimes shitty) life. I'm sure lots of people feel the same way. My job is rough a lot of the time, and I'm sure a lot of listeners feel the same way. THAT BEING SAID--I don't want to hear about/think about divorces, separations, people cheating, spouses running off with money, kids in nasty splits, etc. on my way to work. Kane, if you actually read this--you need to find a balance between being real and genuine, and having everyone on your show constantly having dramatic/sad situations unfolding in the public eye. Rant over.

Real radio has stories about the hosts that are relation able or take listener stories and get opinions. In addition, real radio doesn't resort to fake bits to get laughs.

Sports Junkies do this on a regular basis, as they ensure that at least one segment daily is not sports related at all. I don't listen to Elliott so I can't comment there.

Based on this thread, and probably word of mouth that has gone on in the past few months, the tide is probably shifting in Kane's audience.

On todays show Kane mentioned that A) He found a listener and went to dinner with her.
