Has anyone used Sears Home Services?

I need air duct cleaning + general house cleaning services in Centreville/Chantilly area (we are moving into a house in a few weeks) and the Sears Home Services came up. Has anyone used their services before? Were you pleased with their pricing/customer service? OR could you recommend other companies?

The Sears Air Duct cleaning is a joke. Their vacuum cleaner thing only cleans about 10 feet of air duct.

We used Sears carpet cleaning when we were moving out of our house - not the most professional, but they did an okay job and it was affordable. It was a rental house, so perhaps I would've been more picky had it been a house we owned and that we were intending to stay on in after!

A friend of mine actually used envirocare for air duct cleaning. pretty good customer service and they did a good job. She bought the duct cleaning off livingsocial (it was ridiculously cheap ~ $49)? I think I"m going to purchase and give it a try

I wouldn't recommend at all. They came to look at my fridge, told me to turn a few knobs (because they weren't 'allowed' to) and voila that fixed it. The guy spent a total of 5 mins at my house and wanted to charge us $180 for not lifting a finger. I complained and they agreed to refund a portion of it; however, after not seeing it I called again and they'd say they weren't refunding it and then I had to argue with them again. This back and forth went on for several months until I finally got that money back. Their customer service is terrible.
