| As a native New Yorker, I have really been craving knishes lately. I know I can buy them individually at Whole Foods, but I thought I remembered seeing Gabila's or other knishes in the deli section of Giant or in the frozen section, but can't find them now. Has anyone seen them in their local stores or know where i can get some in bulk? |

Wagshal's on Mass Avenue! Go to: http://www.wagshals.com/
Of course, I love Wagshal's but it also got a good yelp review. In fact, here's a yelp search for knishes: http://www.yelp.com/search?find_desc=Knish&find_loc=Washington%2C+DC |
| Don't know where u live, but kosher mart in Rockville has the best selection, IMHO. |
| I think Buffalo and Bergen at Union Market sells them. |
| Parkway Deli in Silver Spring. |
| Frozen section of Harris teeter. |

Cold food cases at Arlington COSTCO. Finally. I think they started carrying them in June. I had been looking out for them ever since I learned from my NYer family that they carried them at COSTCO there. Gabilla's knishes. Package of 8.
You can't get them at the new COSTCO in NE though. Booze NE or or knishes in Arlington? For me it's knishes any day. I individually wrap and freeze and can make a meal out of one of those suckers, some mustard and a salad.Nothing better. |
| Harris Teeter Frozen (Kosher) Section. A company in Brooklyn makes them. The square ones are better then the round ones.... |
| Buffalo & Bergen at Union Market . Knishes and egg creams. |
