The industry has changed. I know several (my brother included) that had an entire dept cut. A good friend was the blonde bombshell they want and even she wasn't safe and kept bouncing companies.

Agreed. At my old job i dealt with pharma reps daily. They were either all young and attractive or older with a lot of botox and plastic surgery. Have to flirt with the doctors and schmooze. The superficiality of their jobs kind of made me sad. |

| Healthcare c-level exec here. If you don't have the hair, nails and wardrobe then don't bother. It's also a competitive industry. We don't call them sales whores for nothing. |
