Urgently need daycare (home or center) for 2 year old in Vienna/Fairfax (Merrifield specifically)

Hi. Our 2 year old has been at a home daycare that we've been really happy with, but she is outgrowing it. She's about to turn 2 and all the older kids have left, so come September she will be the oldest. Freaking out. We live in the Merrifield area of Fairfax, about a mile from both the Vienna and Dunn Loring metro stations, and we want to stay pretty close to where we live. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated!

Have you tried A Child's Place on the corner of Prosperity & 50? I have several friends who had kids there and they loved it.

Also, Merritt Academy is very well-regarded.

Finally, I think there is an Appletree just north of the Vienna Metro that is also good.

Called A Child's Place and they have openings, so we are going to check it out. I've always seen mixed reviews though.

Merritt has a super long wait list.

Appletree only takes 3 years old and up.

Definitely check A Child's Place. Every daycare/preschool in the world has mixed reviews because no place can be perfect for everyone all of the time. Like I said, my friends all loved it and thought their kids did great there.
