Looking for someone to clean up typography of resume

The content and organization of my resume are fine, but the typography has become a mess over the years. I'm an older DH and am looking for someone who could shape it with smart choice of fonts, formatting giving it a cleaner look. Or, pointers to self-help resources -- I like good style when I see it, but I have trouble implementing it myself. Tips appreciated!

Typography?

Times new roman or calibri 11 PT for txt,
Boldes for employer titles
Bolded 12 PT for section titles

Serif font for bodies of text. Sans serif font for headers. I'm sure MS Word has templates to choose from. Not exactly rocket science.
