Experience with "Bone Jour" in Bethesda for Dog Boarding?

Need to go away for a week unexpectedly. Regular dog watcher is not available. Have heard good things about the grooming at Bone Jour in Bethesda. But what about boarding? Has anyone used them? What did you think?

No experience but a grooming place is likely to use crates.
