ISO: reliable, affordable cleaning service

Our current cleaning/maid service is unreliable. Sometimes they show, sometimes they don't. When they show, they don't keep to their appointed time. That's frustrating because they will wake the baby up, etc.

So, who knows of a reliable service that will clean a standard Capitol Hill row house (1600 sq ft) for $100 or less every two weeks?
