British tea shop in NOVA?

Does anyone have any recommendations for a British tea shop in NOVA, preferably close to Old Town? I know the Tea Cosy has gone out of business. Looking for a place to have a nice tea for a baby shower (that's not the Park Hyatt, delicious as it is).
