CPR and first aid training / certification

Hi I live in clarksburg, md and looking for classes to get certified for CPR and first aid. I googled it and came up with a lot of choices, but does anyone here have any preferences? I prefer a site that is closer to where I live and cost? Tia

Shady Grove Adventist offers both classes; the classes I have taken with them have been very good.

Thanks, how long was each class and the cost?
