Specifics, please? Why exactly is it not greener? Did you make some assumptions or have certain expectations that didn't hold true?
I am about six months into a new job. Same salary as before, but longer commute and worse benefits (so kind of like a paycut) but I am much happier - work is more interesting, I have a great relationship with my boss (old one was a bitch) etc. glad I made the change. |

| Or some times it is. I left a shit job at $100K for a new better more challenging more interesting job at $180K. It was a no brainier. |
