Any schools out there with entry for 3 year olds AFTER a Sept. 30th birthday?

Bridges PCS (charter pre-school) in Columbia Heights. They accept kids w/ birthdays up to 12/31.
Once your child has been in school for 2 years any other DCPS school will take them at the K level. & reportedly some schools will take them a year early at the Pre-K level as long as they're "prepared" for Pre-K (i.e., potty-trained and age-appropriate behavior). |

| Yes, but if you apply to private school, they may want you to repeat a grade. |

So then you get 3 years of pre-k and are that much further ahead than your classmates. Not bad.
Charter schools are free after all, so that's still in the plus column. |
