New shoes arrived scuffed up- what to do?

I ordered some shoes online and they arrived today. They are very comfy and exactly what I've been looking for (I have problem feet so finding a comfortable shoe is a hard task for me), BUT they arrived fairly scuffed up. The soles look ok so I don't think they were a return, however the leather has a fair amount of scratches and dings on it.

I would normally return them, but here's the rub- they were on sale and I bought the last pair. When I looked online today, the shoe isn't even offered on their website anymore.

Would you return them? They're not so scratched up that they're unwearable but I was definitely surprised when I took them out of the box.

Why are you asking us? If the scuffs don't bother you, wear them. If the scuffs bother you, return them.

Call customer service. If you can live with the minor scuffs, see if they will give you some money back. If not, return them and express your disappointment with customer service. Maybe you'll get a future discount?

OP here. They bother me but it's also the last pair of shoes.
