Anyone want Navy Air Force Half Marathon for half price?

I signed up for this race without realizing its on Yom Kippur. And, seriously, the US armed forces schedules a race on Yom Kippur? They won't allow me to defer till next year or get a refund but I can transfer registration to someone else. I'll do so for $45, which I think is half price. Its a nice race, I ran it last year. It goes around Haines Point along the Potomac and up a little bit into Rock Creek Park. The bit in the park has a little hill but otherwise its flat and scenic. I PRed last year.
