The whole economy is based on money printing . I think the fed will increase the printing as scary signs start popping up. They may go down again. Make no mistake ... They will eventually go up sharply. When that happens its game over... The government can't afford to pay.. The banks balance sheets full of low rate bonds bought with printed money given to the for free , will collapse. The housing and stock bubbles will pop.
The fed has entered the roach motel ... They got into money printing to prop the whole economy up... Now they can't get out... It's either print till the dollar collapses or have a crash . Even the mention of tapering the printing sometime in the future made the market swoon. Could you imagine what would happen if they actually did it? They will keep throwing head fakes that they have an exit plan until everybody figures out they don't . Hang on... This will be one for the ages . |
