| There are a few. Anything less than 40 years old is probably custom for someone from LA. And has the big price tag to go along with it. There have been some previous threads on this, but basically there isnt nuch demand in this area for contemporary home designs. |

Except for the people who want them. Hollin Hills is entirely contemporary and on the National Register of Historic Places. There are other scattered neighborhoods. In the District Crestwood has some. I personally love them. Check out this website: http://moderncapitaldc.com/ |
