If a debtor filed for Chapter 7 bankruptcy and all debts were discharged by the court, is there any way to appeal the discharge of one or more debts, assuming you have very good reasons why the debts should not be discharged/why the appeal should be granted and documentation to back up the reason for the appeal?

Notify the FBI bankruptcy fraud is a crime. Also notify your local prosecutors.

Was the debt you believe should not have been discharged scheduled? Were the creditors notified? Did they object to the discharge at the time? If no, why not?
Bankruptcies can be reopened, just not sure that your instance would be compelling enough for that.
