Best rolling backpack for a 17 inch laptop? Asking for DH.

Looking for a good quality, rolling case to carry DH's large business class laptop and all its associated junk. Is there a company I should be looking at other than the obvious ones (Samsonite, Targus, McKlein, etc.)? Can't afford Tumi. Would like to keep the purchase under $200.
