When I go online, it lists 5 subtests:
Verbal Reasoning—Words Verbal Reasoning—Context Sequences Analogies Quantitative Reasoning but in the "Understanding MoCo Screening" document it refers to only Analogies, Verbal Reasoning-Words and Quantitative Reasoning. Do students only take 3 subtests of InView, in addition to the Raven test? Do any parents have scores/results from last year which only give scores for 3 instead of 5 subtests? Thanks! I just want to understand what kind of questions my child would be expected to answer. |
My son was in 2nd grade this last year. They did not do the Raven test, or if they did they did not give us the results. We got 5 scores back in June in the categories you listed above. After we got the results back I found this online which had some sample questions:

FYI, many schools do not make a big deal out of this InView test. We didn't even know when it was happening until that day. It is not a test a child needs to prepare for. We did no prep or warning for DD, and she still scored in the 90s percentile wise, and was given the GT designation (for what it is worth in MCPS). |
No more Terranova in MCPS. |
