I cooked black beans last Wednesday the 3rd then cooled and froze them. I thawed them on Monday and we've eaten them some this week.
Would you eat the rest today? I'll bring them to a rolling boil and make a black bean soup. Or are we past the safe to eat range? thx |

| They really start to smell when they'll bad, so as long as they don't stink you should be fine. |

I made some fresh 2 weekends ago, kept them in the fridge for a week and used them in a salad week-old. No problem. |
Thanks, DH went out to dinner so i ate yogurt. Will smell them tomorrow and make a call.
