Managing by chance

| My higher ups have started managing by (literally) flipping a coin or drawing straws to make decisions about projects, HR, etc. I mean LITERALLY. As a professional, this really bothers me. Does anyone else think this sounds crazy? What could I do to change it? |

| Wow that is....I've never heard of that and I would feel angry and upset. Are there managers above them, and do they know this is how they are running things? |
