Costco Sheet Cake - Price?

I bought one recently at the Wheaton Costco and it was $17.99. Did the prices go up, or is it just the Wheaton location? It is a kosher bakery so I thought maybe that was the reason.

Nope, in fact at some costcos (other metro areas) they are 19.99.
