Seriously, is anyone in N Arl planning to put their house on the market this Summer?

Just amazed at the low inventory under 1.2. Want to find something before school starts but am thinking should probably plan to rent.

I was just looking today also! $800k to $1.25. There was so little inventory. A few things might still go on the market in July, but the end of July/early August is usually completely dead.

This just had a huge price drop and is about two blocks from Nottingham. It's not slated to be redistricted.

Our cap three years ago was 350K, and that was a stretch, which is why we're out in (relative) BFE. Stop being an asshat. Not everybody can just "raise their price."

They can look elsewhere or accept that a house in their price range in Arlington won't have all the bells and whistles they apparently think they deserve. Or dig deeper.

I just did a search and found 97 houses for sale in Arlington in the 750k to 1.2 range, majority in north Arlington. You can't find something among these SCORES of houses? What is it you're looking for?

Yep. Dozens of homes in that price range right now, in a small county that always has a limited supply at any one time.
