The last place I lived (with family) had a huge issue with roaches. When I say huge I mean they were everywhere( in our beds, fridge, the living room, just everywhere) INFESTED. I had to bring my stuff from over there to my new place including boxes, clothes and etc. now I'm starting to see roaches in my new place. Is there a way I can prevent this from going any further without it being too expensive.
They are probably in the furniture. I would invest now rather than pay even more later. And keep your kitchen spotless--no crums, no dirty dishes in the sink. Good luck!
Exterminator, pronto.
Lol!

Roach baits in the meantime. Get rid of all boxes as well. Take all suitcases outside and scrub them. Wash all linens.
Kitchen must be kept 100% spotless. |

Boric acid is also helpful -- a low-toxicity, long-term treatment.

They can hide in the corrugated ridges and holes of the cardboard boxes. Throw out all boxes now and get an exterminator. Roach motel should help as a stop gap measure in the meantime
