Does RedFin list EVERY house on the market?

It seems to me like I pass a lot of houses with "for sale" signs and then don't see them listed on RedFin.
Am I missing something? |

| It should have most everything. Maybe those houses are under contract already. Check your Redfin search settings as the default is to show only those listings that are active (not under contract). |

| The Redfin site pulls from the local MLS and should ever all available listings unless the seller opts-out. |

| It does pull FSBOs from sources, but no, they won't have a FSBO if someone just puts a sign in their yard or something. |

Everything on MLS, yes.
If I go stick a sign up before formally listing or not via MLS, then no. But no other site will either. |
