Hi,
I already work out with personal trainer and run. However, I really think I should be doing abs daily because this is my weakest spot-as it is I only do abs with the trainer 2xs a week and then probably once a week more on my own. I think it would be reasonable for me to set aside 15-20 min each night for abs. Does anyone have a good DVD suggestion? I'd prefer an abs ONLY DVD, since I have everything else down pat. I do have some "gear" such as medicine ball and balance ball. |
| This might be too basic for you but try 10 minutes Pilates. They have a 10 min ab routine that runs thru all the basics |
| Old school, and by far the CHEESIEST video this side of Sweatin' to the Oldies, but John Basedow's Six Pack Abs is great. Three ten-minute ab workouts that get right to the point. Once you have done it a few times you will have the workouts memorized, so you won't even need to watch the DVD. I do it while watching regular TV. |
