Need advice? How much to pay a cleaning person & determining duties

I'd love opinions from both employer and employees on this - what's the going rate for weekly cleaning a four bedroom house with 2 and 1/2 baths, foyer, open living/dining room and kitchen, inlcuding changing the linens on 3 beds, and doing laundry for family of four? How many hours would this take 1 person?

We pay 100 each time but it's two people, they come biweekly, and no laundry.

we have a similar space, live in NW DC, have two big dogs and 3 kids with two under the age of 4. I pay 115, no laundry. They change all the sheets and linens around when I leave them out to change. They come weekly. Best thing I ever did for myself.
