Make ahead & freeze summer meal

Having company for a week and am trying to think of 2-3 meals I can make now & freeze. Everything I normally do (lasagna, chili, stew) feel like winter meals. Any summer suggestions? They'll be here long enough that the easy summer dishes (pasta salad, grilling, etc) will be done on the other nights
