Recipe. Something with zip as recipe I used was bland, bland. Maybe I should use more salt as I tend to undersalt.

I saute garlic in olive oil over medium heat, then toss in some diced tomatos. Toss with pasta, salt, and basil chiffonade. Top with strips of mozzarella and let melt over pasta (optional).

Might I also suggest you swap out the mozzarella for brie sometime. It's really delicious.
