I am 58 years old I weight 117 lb I find that I'm best in a size 3 low waist jeans I dropped 60 pounds and I'm happy with the way I am now when I dropped the weight I also was no longer plagued with high blood pressure and sleep apnea is gone I have energy like no 58 year old woman should haveit was very difficult to lose the weight but if I can do it anyone can do it
