As a Fed, I am sad to hear that. I told our leadership that I am fine with the contractors having more WFH opportunities-- it will allow them to attract better talent, maybe for even less cost.

Thank you, and I appreciate your support of that. We really enjoy working with our govt. team members. The decision, while it did come from the govt. side, unfortunately came from well above our direct client leadership team.

My agency had offices decide if their employees were remote or telework; no more local remote. I’m classified as remote but live within 30 minutes of my office no traffic. I doubt they would take away the remote policy. We’ve hired a few people who are remote.
