Of course. These posters are just spinning out their nonsensical conspiracy theories.

Good thing they had so many of them to cover every possibility!

If she shows up looking good, she had a face-lift.

If she shows up looking bad, the divorce negotiations aren't going well or she's been beaten up.

If she doesn't show up, she's still in the coma or dead.

She looks emaciated, skin and bones. Not wonderful or lovely or healthy.

It’s Di’s eating disorders all over again, with chemotherapy thrown in.

Kate’s “loving” public needs to stop saying it’s a great thing. Just don’t comment at all, or limit your comments to her hair or smile or something.

I’m so much thinner than before marriage and kids. I don’t have an eating disorder. Some of it is aging - especially my face is not as youthful and “full” as when I was younger. I’ve had periods of stress where I lost weight but wouldn’t classify as eating disorder. I think she’s the same. Naturally thin and now stress and health issues and age have made her thinner.

Depending on the type of chemo people often either eat everything in sight and gain weight, or lose weight dramatically. Here Kate looks like she is the latter side. I lost 20 lbs but wasn't as thin as she was when I began. BTDT.

Signed, cancer survivor

Agreed, she lost weight with chemo, and nobody but nobody blames here for that. The problem is that rumors were already swirling for years that she had an eating disorder before her operation or treatment, so she had no weight to lose.

LOL. You are the queen of the backhanded compliment!

Look at you, glorifying eating disorders and calling anyone who says otherwise queens of backhanded compliments.

Hate to break it to you but thin will always be in.

I'm thin. I think Kate needs to put on 20 pounds, stat. Anybody who says otherwise is sending a horrible message to our daughters.

Yeah how dare she have cancer and lose weight?! What will our daughters think. Hopefully your daughter is smarter than you and can figure it out.

You keep ignoring everybody here who says she was anorexic before January so she had no weight to lose. And you keep insulting people.

Get a grip and stop glorifying eating disorders.

This people deserve to be ignored and so do you. You can't handle it that she showed up looking great. Cope.

"Great", there it is again. Glorifying emaciation.

No. Maybe based on her appearance in the released videotape and the length of her treatment, I had expected her to look more frail. My guess is this outing alone will wipe her out for days after. She looks like someone who has been through a lot but is on the mend at least.

According to KP she's been out and about a lot recently.

The rabid PP will never get it. My mom has cancer. We tell her she looks great when she gets fully dressed, puts her wig on, and leaves the house. There is no glory in it.

She’s the wife of a billionaire so she can afford to take her time away from public life. No shade here, I’m just glad things aren’t as dire as they may have seemed to us on the outside.

My DH died of cancer. His treatment was very aggressive. I took a pic of him, dressed nicely, when the grandkids visited. He looks so good in the picture. He died 3 days later. So please, just shut up.

I'm really sorry about your DH.

If Kate had three days to live she wouldn't be out in public. So that's not Kate's story.

DP. Kindly, you are missing PP’s point. The point is that you cannot assess the severity of Kate’s illness simply by how she looked today.

PP was directly responding to someone who concluded that Kate’s situation is not serious (“dire”) because Kate looked pretty darn beautiful today. That’s incorrect. Can you imagine going to the ER and they decide you’re fine because you’re pretty? LOL.

I think she could stand to gain a few pounds too, but it's totally unreasonable to say that anyone commenting she looks good or great or lovely without adding a caveat that they only mean her face and hair is "glorifying emaciation."

But thin is in. All those flocking to Ozempic and other drugs have a lot more explaining to do to their children than a cancer patient. Mocking someone with cancer for being "too thin" is beyond the pale. There are some real low IQ posters in here today.

Thin will always be in. No argument there and I'm glad I'm thin.

Skin and bones not so much. And for the love of God, you've been told multiple times that nobody is blaming her for losing weight with chemo, the problem is her starting point was already an eating disorder.

Agree this is Princess Di redux. People like PP demand she be extremely thin before they'll pronounce her "lovely" and "looking great." So guess what, she was too thin in 2023. And our daughters are reading this crap.

Yeah. Complimenting Kate is a sore spot I guess.
Also, I hope your mom is staying strong.

I see what you did there. 😉

She is alive and looks to be enjoying being out with her family. And really, isn’t that the point of life?

I think she looked beautiful given what she has endured the last 6 months. I loved her dress.

She looks like she needs to put on 20 pounds and I wasn't the first to say it on this thread. Anybody who says she looks "great" is promoting eating disorders.

Her face and hair do look great, I agree with that. And I like her dress.

Woman has cancer and barely out of surgery and chemotherapy.

Doesn’t mean she didn’t need to put on 20lbs even before the surgery.

She looks the same after chemo so maybe she did work on putting on some weight to come out even.

There is zero evidence she had any eating disorder yet you keep harping on it. Why?

Who was that puffy woman in the car with her mom a few months ago???
It def wasn’t her.

That’s what the British public is asking as well….
