This really makes a lot of sense. If this is true, William, future King, son of Diana, will lose SO MUCH respect from the people, because like Kate or not, they LOVE Diana, and will just remember his father doing the same thing to her.

Do we think there really even was a surgery? Because if there would be any reason to make up lies and cover truths, THIS would be it.
