Confession: I'm guilty of coming up with the idea of this cover while sitting in a pub with Terry around 25 years ago and subsequently produced the track with him. It was recorded in Church Studios in North London on a wet Sunday afternoon, with the video filmed the same day in the same location. The Eurythmics' Dave Stewart, who'd worked with Terry previously and who'd happened to drop by (he owned the recording studio) on the day of the recording, provided the guitar track. |
