Ugh, yes. |
awww.....any chance to inject a random political statement |
that house in Bethesda bothers you so much that you had to come over to another thread to *itch about it.
|
So you would eliminate an ENTIRE house just because they have an electric stove? Converting to gas is so easy, I'm surprised you don't know this.

|
All you gas fans know that particulate matter is bad for you and gas stoves produce it?
Kid you not, I bought an induction burner and it sits on top of my Thermador cooktop and I only use the gas when i need more than one burner. The induction gets hotter faster and is easier to control too, in addition to producing less smoke that’s bad for you. |
| HOA. Never ever. |
It’s not that big a deal. A bit dramatic. |
| No more than 3 rows |
rows of what? |
| Newly installed luxury vinyl tile on the main levels. It would make me feel guilty about immediately having it ripped out to replace with wood. I'd rather deal with old carpet where I feel less guilty about ripping it all out. I don't care about it in the basement (I have it in my own basement), but I just hate it on main levels. |
+1. I’d rather have the grossest carpet or the most scuffed up hardwood. However, I love a good HOA, so different strokes for different folks. No one should panic if the house they’re selling has one of these qualities, because a different buyer will love it, or at least not care about that quality. |

My absolute no’s are busy street, pipestem and yard the slopes towards the house.
my biggest must have is a garage. |
| Any house that is the exact same color grey as the 2nd house to the left etc (Willowsford) |

More then 4 steps to enter the house
No sidewalks Small dark windows throughout Busy road, train tracks or other noisy things |
