FSA is very separate from the rest of ED...you definitely need to hear from those who work in FSA.
I work in another office, and I love it. Lots of opportunities for growth, and leadership is willing to challenge people to the extent that they want to be. I feel very supported, and people seem to truly care about my career and developing talent in general. Telework and alternative schedules seem to vary by supervisor, but I have always had a great deal of flexibility. Good luck! |
