Building a Custom Home - Where to find Cool Features?

We are building a custom Craftsman home in Arlington. I love a traditional home with cool touches - think farmhouse sink, exposed brick, exposed beams, tin ceiling, rustic vanities, cool chandelier , etc.

I know that's a lot, but any idea where I can find some of these things for a good price?

You more or less need to use an interior designer since they know all the suppliers for specialty items.

Our builder helped us with all of that. He was really good at knowing where to place things and what to add based on his years of building.
