Do you sleep facing away from a spouse or towards them?

After we were married a year, we would cuddle then 2 years later- face outward. I do this now even when my kids sleep with me, face away- tell you anything?

Both ways .....it really depends.

It's what's comfortable?

Or am I supposed to say, "ah, it means the love is gone, divorce him ASAP and find someone who isn't a total loser?"

?

After two close together pregnancies I am so used to sleeping on my left side that's all I can do and fall asleep.

I can't sleep with us facing each other. I can't stand someone breathing on my face like that--I feel like I'm suffocating.

So one of us faces towards and the other away, or both face away. We don't even think about it anymore, we just adjust ourselves naturally. We've been married almost 15 years.

It just says you are not newlyweds. Pretty normal.

How big is your bed?

If we tried to cuddle while sleeping we'd both end up black and blue! We are both rollers and movers. Our dogs get pissy and leave the bed every night

We sleep with our heads on opposite sides of the bed . I got tired of his feet always kicking me at night. We found this to work much better.

I'm too self-conscious to let myself blow my hot breath all over someone else all night.

I do both - just depends on what's comfortable. I don't see it as a reflection of how much I love DH. He doesn't either.

We face each other and cuddle for a little while, but then separate to fall asleep. I couldn't even tell you which way he faces. I'm blind with no contacts or glasses. I switch positions all through the night or I wake up stiff and sore. We've been married 4 years, FWIW.

Away. If I sleep on my other side I get dizzy. Inner ear problems.

Away, and facing the bassinet attached to my side of the bed. Pre-preg it was whatever was most comfortable.

I move around so much in my sleep that I face both direction throughout the night multiple times.
