increasing flexibility

do you have any tips to do this? obviously, stretching stretching stretching. but do you have any specifics that helped you? did you use a dvd or follow an online stretching program? do you only stretch after workouts or do you stretch at other points during the day in addition to workout stretching?

Yoga.

You need to learn how to breathe as your stretch so you are actually relaxing your muscles for the stretch rather than trying to force tight muscles.
