You can keep it in the fridge, but take it out a couple of hours before you serve it to allow it to come to room temp. |

| Giant. I've gotten a Giant cake for every one of DD's 9 birthday parties, and everyone loves it. Everybody gobbled up the last one before I even got a piece. Clean plates at the end! |

| Randolphs in Arlington. It's expensive, but it's delicious!! I had one for my kids 1st communion and everyone raved about how good the cake was. some people had seconds which I don't see very often. |
