Embryology Report at SGFC

Has anyone received the actual embryology report from Shady Grove - by that I mean the report from the lab that says where each embryo is at Day 1; 2; 3; and 5; 6; and 7. I know when they call they give you the particulars but I would really like to see the document that outlines where each embryo was at each day because when it got to day 5 and beyond I didn't really get an update from them save to say x embryo made it to freeze on x day. I requested the embryology report in a medical records request recently but all they sent me was the telephone notes from the nurse calls I received. Any advice?

The same thing happened to me. And I had to pay $65 to get the phone notes. I followed up with my nurse after i received the useless pile of paper, and she sent me something that she printed from their system that she could not interpret. I was always told that my embryos are top rated. The report sayas - 8F0PEG, 6F5PEG which i took to mean 8 cells, zero fragmentation and 6 sales 5% fragmentation, not too shabby for day 3. Also pNpB was 22 for both embies but i have no idea what that meant.

PP - thanks for this info. Did you transfer at day 3 or day 5? Either way - did they give you info. on day 5 and 6 results? If so, can you share an example of what the report said. Also, did they track each embryo throughout on the printout? Like Day 1; 2; 3; 5; etc.?

I transferred on day 3 the ony 2 embryos I had left. The report does list each of the 9 eggs that were retrieved and traces their progress thru day3.

What i received is not a report. it is a screenshot from their system. I can see the tab open is called "development".
