Anniversary dinner

Any suggestions for an anniversary dinner venue? DC, maybe crystal city area?

Something nice. Special occasion, memorable, but doesn't have to be romantic. With young kids, something a little more "hip" (did I just say that?) might be just what we need on this one night out.

You don't mean to say that you're bringing the kids with you, do you? Please say no.

Oh good lord, no! No kids! My point was that, since we have young kids at home and never go out anymore, something a little more fun might be nice.

Old Town: Vermilion. Romantic and good.
Adams Morgan: Mintwood Place. The best going right now, IMO.
"Hip": Rasika, Rogue 24, Little Serow, maybe that newish Japanese place on V that I can't remember the name of.
