First IUI and temp surge - did I miss my O?

I went for monitoring yesterday morning and was told my LH was 3.59.
I triggered at 11pm and then had intercouse for my 1pm Wed IUI

I woke up at 4:30am with abdominal pain on both sides - I have 1 large follicle on each side
I had a temp spike this morning

Did I ovulate this morning or do the trigger meds just mess with your temps and I should ignore the temp? I don't have the CM I usually would on day 13/14, but I heard that is normal for clomid.

FWIW my CM, OPKs and Temp spike never seem to all line up in a way that makes sense - they all seem "off" by a day or two - so I am more inclined to trust the bloodwork.
