Anyone try to recreate the broth from Chasin' Tails (Falls Church)?

I know this is a long shot. I love the peel and eat shrimp and crawfish at Chasin' Tails in Falls Church. I would love to know how to make it or even closely approximate it. We are moving out of the area and won't be able to get takeout anymore.
