| Don't know about The Ritz specifically, but ths is not uncommon at spas/salons. I'm a regular at Elizabeth Arden and they ave my credit card on file. If you break ther cancelation policy, it's a way for them to recoup the money. |

| Pretty typical for high end spas, they want to make sure they get paid if you back out & don't show. |
