Back Patio Toolshed bench

I have a tiny Capitol Hill back patio that is nicely hidden behind a fence. It is about 10 feet by three feet. I'd like to make some built in benches along the side of the fence and underneath build in some storage. Ideally, I'd like to store my small push mower and my tools and then padlock the storage. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to make this happen or recommendations for a good handy-person to do this?

I should mention that my push mower is 24 x 23.5 x 14.2 inches.

Couple of 4x4 posts, some 2x4, a kreg jig, drill, sandpaper, precut doors, hinges, padlock, oil stain, ruler, six pack of beer and saw.

Hmm... OP here.

While I am excellent at the six pack of beer, I don't think I have any of the other tools, other than the ruler and the saw (don't ask). I am thinking it might be cheaper to hire someone to do the rest. What is a kreg jig?
