Which is better for you -- white sauce or brown sauce??

I order Moo Goo Gai Pan and get white sauce, which seems light. Whereas, shrimp and broccoli is made with brown sauce and a dish that *should* be light, all of sudden seems heavy.

Good grief, if it's from a restaurant, they will both be so full of sodium, it really doesn't matter. Both unhealthy.

We get shrimp and broccoli all the time - steamed, no sauce. It's yummy.
