Decent Men's Haircut in Bethesda?

Can anyone recommend a barber/stylist for a decent men's haircut in Bethesda, preferably downtown?
My husband has been going to one of the cheap barbers for trims. The original style is growing out and he is beginning to look like a chia pet. Does anyone know a place/person that does good men's cuts?

The Bethesda Barbershop on St. Elmo (near the parking garage, almost at the intersection of St. Elmo and Old Georgetown, but not on Old Georgetown - that's another place). Friendly and expert Vietnamese owner/operators, with the added benefit of best prices in the area!
