Any pools that offer after hours/evening birthday parties?

Anonymous
Are there any pools in the Montgomery County area that offer after hour parties? Looking to have a party for 12/13yr olds and think it would be cool to do an evening pool party. Where I used to live it was $300/hr. I am having a hard time finding anything here. It would be for about 85 girls.

Adelphi Pool does this but they are in PG but not far from Montgomery Co/Calverton area. http://adelphipool.org/

85 girls! That's a lot of girls.

Does your DD have 84 friends? She is really popular.

She switched schools this year and is in an all girls school. The kids all tend to invite the whole grade to the party. Then she still has about 10 friends from her old school. Not a fan of huge parties but she feels she will be outcasted as the newbie who didn't invite the class like everyone else does. Ugh!

Thank you but that is too far from us. We are in Potomac and many kids live in Virginia too. It would be over 30 minutes each way. Thank you though!!

Try Avenel (The pool club, not the golf club)-I know you can rent the clubhouse for parties.

Try Cleveland Park Club:

It is in DC, but a great area.

The indoor pool near us (Rollingcreast Splash Pool in PG County, very near Takoma Park) has late hours on Fridays and we reserved their party room for a Friday night. It's not near you but it makes me think that Mont Co indoor pools may do the same.

Well, here's the page for Mont County indoor pools with some detail about party rental. But I doubt they would let you host a party for 85 kids. Wow. I think I would have a stroke if I had to host a party for 85 12/13 yo girls. Good luck!

Does anyone else but me think this is a crazy custom for a school to have?

The girls must do nothing but go to birthday parties Every. Weekend!
